Does urination shortly after sex emiminate all of the sperm? #1216/6
if you urinate after intercourse, does the sperm that may have been left inside go out with the urine?

Urination does not clear all the sperm, but it would certainly clear most of them.  Some sperm will remain in the small Cowper's glands but we simply do not know how risky these sperm are in terms of pregnancy.  The risk is probably quite low.
